  • Welcome Reception – “Walt’s On The Roof” from 5 PM – 6:30 PM – Private area reserved for the group, our Chef on the grill preparing hors d’oeuvres

  • Morning educational session; “Fundamentals of Hospitality”  

  • Second educational session; “Hospitality Technology for Excellence in Service Delivery"

  • Lunch: In the Hey Day Market

  • Pre-dinner Program: Wine Blending Seminar with Thomas Price, Master Sommelier

  • Dinner – 1856 – Culinary Residence. 7-Course Tasting Menu with wine pairings by Thomas Price, Michelin Chef 
     

Wednesday, July 10th, 2024:
